Shipping Policy

Chings Cat processes confirmed physical-product orders within 1–3 business days, excluding public holidays. Once an order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Standard delivery normally takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Priority or next-day delivery is available only for eligible locations and when shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may change because of courier delays, weather, public holidays or an incomplete address.

Shipping charges, including any free-delivery threshold, are shown before payment. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and serviceable delivery address. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or delivery was repeatedly refused, an additional delivery charge may apply.

Digital courses do not require shipping. Access details are sent separately by email after successful payment.
